Medi Smile Care International is committed to maintaining the highest standards of business ethics, integrity, and professionalism. Once an order or agreement is confirmed, we fulfill our commitments in good faith and in accordance with the agreed terms and specifications. Customer satisfaction is one of our highest priorities.

Our quoted prices are generally valid for one year from the date of quotation unless otherwise stated. However, prices may be subject to revision in the event of significant increases in international steel prices, raw material costs, manufacturing expenses, or other factors beyond our reasonable control. Any such price adjustment will be communicated to the customer before order confirmation.

The minimum order value required to process and arrange delivery is US$1,000, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

A 50% advance payment of the total order value is required to confirm and process the order. The remaining 50% balance must be paid before shipment/delivery.

Customers may inspect the goods prior to final payment, subject to mutually agreed inspection arrangements. All goods shall remain the property of Medi Smile Care International until the total invoice amount has been paid in full.

Freight, shipping, insurance, customs duties, taxes, and other applicable charges may be added to the invoice depending on the destination, method of shipment, and nature of delivery, unless otherwise agreed and clearly stated in the quotation or sales contract.

All orders are carefully inspected and securely packed before shipment. Customers are advised to inspect the packaging and merchandise immediately upon receipt.

Any visible loss, shortage, or damage should be reported immediately to the shipping/forwarding agent and documented accordingly. Claims for concealed damage must be reported to Medi Smile Care International within three (3) days of receipt of the goods, along with relevant supporting evidence.

No goods will be accepted for return without prior written authorization from Medi Smile Care International. Customers must contact our customer service department and provide the relevant invoice/order number before initiating a return.

All returned goods are subject to inspection by Medi Smile Care International before any replacement, repair, refund, or credit is approved.

Special-order, customized, sterilized, used, or non-returnable products cannot be returned, unless otherwise agreed in writing by Medi Smile Care International.

Authorized returns must normally be received within 21 days from the invoice date. Goods must be returned in their original condition and packaging, where applicable.

Medi Smile Care International is committed to providing reliable and timely technical support. Where applicable, our service team will assess reported technical issues and arrange repairs, replacement, or other appropriate corrective action in accordance with the applicable warranty and service terms.
